SRI LANKA RAILWAYS (Sri Lankan). Ten (10) Class W1 locomotives were completely rehabilitated with Caterpillar 3512 DITA Engines, Voith L 520 Transmission with hydro dynamic braking added. Colour scheme also changed in to blue & white. Rehabilitated locomotives were re-classified as Class W3. In operation.
